Aja-Fatou Jagne is an environmental specialist and published author.

Aja was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in The Gambia, West Africa. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health Science from Benedict College and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Environmental Health from Georgia State University.

Aja prides herself on promoting public health, specifically through environmental activism and awareness. She noticed that people, especially those of color, didn't realize how the environment can affect their health until they are diagnosed with a condition.

She has made it her mission to educate children about their environment and inspire them to make positive change to their world.
